The MPHASE program can be used to perform a manual phase correction of data previously Fourier transformed. The data need not be complex, thus it is never necessary to save the imaginary part of a spectrum. A Hilbert transformation is done to obtain the imaginary part of each point necessary for the phase correction.
The MPHASE program is called as follows (all parameters must be specified on the same line):
<Machine ID>mphase <name> <expno> <procno> <disk> <user> <dimension> <constant> <linear>
The first five parameters define the previously transformed spectrum file on which to operate. The dimension parameter selects the dimension in which the phase correction is done. The constant and linear parameters define the phase correction to apply. See also the PHASE command for MFFT.
