
The cross peak integrator is used to integrate individual cross peaks. If you want to integrate all cross peaks in the cross peak catalog registered for one spectrum, use the spectrum integrator instead. The setup for the cross peak integrator is shown on Figure 1. Pressing the CP field selects the current peak from the cross peak catalog as the peak to be integrated. The w1 range and w2 range select the area around the peak in which to locate the integration limits. The integration limit is determined as the distance from the peak center where the intensity is less than one standard deviation higher than the average calculated over w1 range or w2 range, respectively, or the intensity is less than pct limit of the value at the peak center. If Limit method is set to Manual, no automatic determination of the integration limits occurs, and the program simply uses the values stored together with the cross peak. After pressing the Make Integration button, the calculated integration limit is displayed in the w1 limit and w2 limit fields. The calculated integral is displayed in the Integral field. The calculated values are transferred to the cross peak catalog when the Update button is pressed.
