The Intensity Classifier.
This tool classifies cross peaks whose volume have been calculated
using the Cross Peak or Spectrum Integrator.
Peak volumes within a certain region are classified as either weak, medium, or strong.

Figure 1: This is an example of using the Intensity Classifier.
The current classification is shown to the left: The spectrum selected contains
2099 cross peaks, of which 100 are high, 250 medium, 190 low, and 1559 are unclassified.
Using the ranges in the center, 131 would be reclassified to high, 952 to medium,
825 to low, and 191 to unknown.
The setup in Figure 1 produces a plot shown in Figure 2 when Plot Catalog
is pressed.

Figure 2: Plot of setup from Figure 1. The x-axis is the peak volume, and the
y-axis is the number of peaks in this class. The color codes reflect the original classification.
Figure 2 displays the result of pressing Make Plot in the window shown in
Figure 1.
Press Perform classification to update all the cross peaks.
The values in the classifications intervals depend upon the scale factor selected.
