The exhibition area is 650 m² of area E outside lecture hall 15 where the conference takes place. Exhibitors can lease a stand (40 total) with area of 9 m² (3x3) at 400 EURO/m² 25% VAT included.

 

Protected parking and Center services are included. 

 

Availability and location in the exhibition area is on a first come, first served basis. Please consult the map below for stand placements and reservations.

 

During the exhibition there will be a slideshow replay from 9.00 - 18.00 where exhibitors can have display of up to 5 company / product profile slides / exhibitor at a rate of 500 EURO/slide on a large screen.
