Carlsberg Research Laboratory is dedicated to provide Carlsberg Breweries with fast, accurate and reliable data across a wide range of brewing chemistry applications and analytical methods. Focusing on unmet needs in key malting and brewing areas, the department's activities include conventional and new ways of barley and yeast breeding - including such disciplines as genetics, microbiology and biotechnology. It is also an aim to leverage the encouraging discoveries of ongoing research activities to new areas of biotechnological applications
